MOVIE DESCRIPTION:
Photo of The Flim Flam Man A veritable master of the trade, an aging con-artist named Mordecai Jones (George C. Scott), also known as a 'flim flam man', has taken part in his fair share of swindles, scams and shady deals. When he happens upon a young army deserter named Curley (Michael Sarrazin), Jones decides to pass on his knowledge of the con-game onto the likable novice. As the two blaze through the rural south, Sheriff Slade (Harry Morgan) is in hot pursuit of the pair. Curley meets up with a girl, Bonnie Lee Packard (Sue Lyon), a young lady of privilege. Bonnie helps the fleeing duo stay one-step ahead of the sheriff. Along the way, as Curley and Bonnie find something more in one another than just friendship, Curley begins to question his newfound profession and where it might get him...
This is one of those funny, family freindly movie favorites that you can watch over and over again. Very rare, now on DVD.
